Some trivia: Cinch is a trick-taking card game where the goal is to win tricks with scoring cards, with the first side to win 51 points the winner. Bunco is a dice game played with three dice over six rounds. "Bunco" is rolling three dice that match the round number and is worth 21 points. The team with the most points at the end of six rounds is the winner.
