Garvin Brook Disaster Relief Fund
The Garvin Brook Disaster Relief Fund was started in December of 2007 in response to the flooding of August 18-19 in SE Minnesota.
Mission
The mission is to aid and assist families and individuals in the community and surrounding area.
Purpose
To serve August 2007 flood victims from SE Minnesota, namely Minnesota City, including Rollingstone Township and Stockton.

Donations are being accepted at the above address to continue the work of the organization. GBDRF is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

September Board Meeting
The quarterly meeting of GBDRF will be held on the 15th of September at 5:30 pm.
GRANT FUNDING
Winona Foundation (Seattle) awarded $2,500 to make a DVD on the flooding, including environmental and economic impacts on the area.
CURRENT ACTIVITES
Community Meals will be held quarterly starting this fall.
