The annual meeting of the Garvin Brook Disaster Relief Fund will take place at Godfather's Pizza in the lower level.
Elections will be held for the officers of 2009.
Budget for the upcoming year will be voted on.
A report on the state of the organization will be given.
Invitations will be sent to major donors this past year.
Spouses of Board members are welcome to attend this event.
